Week 2 - Biological Foundation
Just completed my Biological Foundation worksheet, and the truth hit hard: my afternoon fog isn't a willpower problem, it's a sleep problem. I've been blaming movement and nutrition, but I can't move a body that's exhausted or feed a brain running on fumes. My first domino is sleep. My commitment this week: in bed by 9 PM, no exceptions. My project can wait 15 minutes. My future self can't.
