Week 2
Just completed my Biological Wake-Up Call worksheet and it hit hard. I've been doing the gym 5 days a week, eating better, ticking boxes — but my sleep quality has been 2/10 all week. Turns out I've optimised everything external and never touched the foundation. My first domino is sleep. Starting tonight: phone down at 9:45, book in hand, 15 minutes of fiction before lights out. Time to stop keeping life afloat and start actually living it.
