I was sitting on the side of the bed, and I saw something out of the corner of my eye scurry by. I look, and there is the back of a mouse and tail. I didn't panic. I did pick my feet up off the floor. This room is a Lego room with all my kids Lego pieces everywhere, which is fine. I'm "temporarily" in this room because it's a firmer mattress and I've needed it. It's been close to a year maybe. But, I digress. So, I decide I'm going to close my eyes and go to sleep. I hear Lego pieces moving and I'm trying not to freak. I'm not afraid of mice, I just don't want it in my house, or by my feet. We knew there was a mouse, because there were acorns in a drawer in my kids bathroom. We took there stuff out. The problem, is my youngest will not let us use a standard trap. We have to catch the mouse in a humane way. We can't use the traps we used to use. I do occasionally hide a real trap somewhere. I don't want to catch it, set it loose, and it come back in. What would you do?
