Operating Manual - Part 1 (Found the check box 🤦‍♂️)

Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realized I've been putting myself "far down the totem pole" in rooms where there's no hierarchy at all. The mismatch was never my ability to connect - it was being graded on a way of talking my brain was never built for. Onto Section 2.
