I know it’s been a few since I posted, but here it goes. Jim, the cold shower at the end does a great job for the dopamine reset. I was curious: in the winter, when my thermostat is set to 68 degrees, does the chill I feel getting out of the shower do the same thing as far as resetting the dopamine? Because if that is the case, I may give up my space heater and therefore, save on my electric bill if there’s a positive outcome from it. What say you?
