💭 Reflection:
"I had cake today. Lot's of sugar in it. I'm not conditioned for this in my daily life. I wonder if I can fall asleep as planned. 😁
A week ago I started up doing breath work again. From being something I did regularly for many years it stopped completely four years ago. Long story.
I could hold my breath for 8-10 minutes at that time doing Wim Hoff breathing. Now I can very very challenged hold it for three minutes. But it's okay.
The important part is that I'm doing it every morning. And that it's fun to do. And that there's no end goal.
At the same time I've started my walks again. 5-10 km walk or 1-3 hours of walking outside. Every day. A plan to incorporate mobility movements is a possibility but not a goal.
In reality a lot's of wins...but there are so many more wins that want my attention. It's almost overwhelming and they kinda undermining the actual wins.
