"One small win. I was in bed by 9:20 pm last night. I did my prayers, which usually last an hour and then fell asleep afterwards. I was aiming for 9:00 pm to be in bed; however, I still consider this a win because it wasn't the 10+ o'clock that I had been doing for the past few months. I like to set my alarm for 7:30 am so I can get the most out of my morning. That is the time when I have the most energy. "Keep on truckin"... little steps, little wins. 😄
