"I've done my third day of "cycling" on my stationary bike. It's only 5 minutes each time, but after five days, I'm going to build it up 1 minute every couple of days until I get to 15 minutes. I also finished the second phase of the neighbour's deck. Now they want me to build a third section. That won't be for another week or so. Also working a minimum of 30 minutes on my project every day. All in all, things are pretty good! "🤪
