"I've been struggling with my weight. I eat well, too well and too much of it. That's the problem, I keep saying to myself I will start exercising and jump on the stationary bike that I bought 2 years ago and sat on it once. I say ok I'm starting tomorrow. Tomorrow comes... and I put it off to the next day. I can work on my neighbour's deck, I can work on my project, but exercise... that is one that I have a really hard time implementing in my schedule. I know what I need to do. It is to sit on it for 5 minutes to get me going, I need to just start... maybe tomorrow. I added it to my calendar... I guess that is a start." 😜
