"Tomorrow I'll protect my energy by not allowing game night with my adult kids go to 11:30 pm. My scheduled bedtime is 12:00, so I’m running out of time. But, time with the kids makes everything else irrelevant. It may have taken energy, and patience, but I count this also as a big win. None of us got inpatient or yelled at each other. lol"
