". . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Well, another lost recording, but I will try it again. So today, I finally got a somewhat decent night's sleep. And so I'm feeling much better. One more good night's sleep, and I'll be all the way back. I do need to remember when I'm having an off day or an off couple of days that it's so easy to retreat into the self-blame, shame-blame game and fall apart altogether. Except, of course, for my morning and evening bookends that are inviolate. And so anyway, I'm taking care of some things today. The cleanliness in the apartment is more an issue than the clutter today. So I'm getting a bunch of that squared away and easily and one 5 to 10 minute task in succession and not running out of energy and feeling good being able to tick them off. So it's a much better life today."
