Can't find my Blueprint - can someone help?

Hi everyone perhaps someone can help me with something... I have still not received/found my Blueprint - and I know it is expiring today, I was at the classes, did all the tasks and forms and finished all the questions... and joined the 3rd cohort - very excitied to begin that - but want to be sure to get the bonuses and the Blueprint. Can someone assist me? Also, I did sme of my q and a's on my laptop and some from my iphone and i am not seeing everything - when I log in the Skool now it says I still have stuff to complete but I have already been told previously that I have completed everythig... it is just this technological glitch? confusing, I'm sure theres a simple fix, just dont know what it is :) thanks in advcance!
