As we wrap up Week 4 for those in Cohort 3…I am determined to go all in for the next 2 weeks in really wanting to make significant progress on my 2 big rocks.
Am yet to join a body doubling session - is it easy to figure out how this works? Do we sign up for one in advance? Is the body doubling with ai option the timer option or something else? When you select a body doubling session does it come with zoom link?
If anyone has any tips on the above AND any other tips in general for really buckling down, focusing and going all in over the next 2 weeks please feel free to let me know.
