Two weeks ago I printed off my daily tracker and committed to Level 1. Today I'm sitting here a bit surprised at what showed up 😍
What's held:
- Phone out of the room every night
- Phone-free hour before bed on 12 of 14 nights (the 2 misses were legit late coaching follow-up)
- Bedtime has drifted from 10:30 back toward 10pm on its own
- Sleep scores between 84 and 94
- Actual sleep up to nearly 7 hours — and 8 hours twice on a weekend away 🎉
- My 9-week sleep average is up 2 hours per night
What I've been working on:
- Daily planning + body doubling sessions
- Slowly chipping away at the "someday" list (decluttering)
- Finishing my art commission (nearly there)
- Built a funnel and launched an email sequence for a new low-ticket program — pushing through the visibility fear
- Continuing to show up and be visible in this community
What I'm sitting with:
Mood is usually a 10. Focus is good, a reflection of my daily planning.
Finances are still challenging, so continuing to build my business and gain new clients are the next piece I need to nurture. The visibility fear is still there, quieter but present.
Mostly what I want to say is this:
The tracker on paper, filled in by hand each day, has done something I didn't expect. It's shown me I can finish, (I am a finisher 🤩) I can return, and I can hold something consistently. That's a new story for me.
