ā˜ ļø You Will Be Removed From The Group, Unless...
November 30th, we will have the Great Purge and remove everyone who didn’t reach Level 2. We just hit 700 members šŸŽ‰ which is amazing… but here’s the funny part. I would rather have 70 active athletes than 700 silent ghosts. Just like doing 100 push ups with bad form means nothing. Quality over quantity every time. So here is the reminder for everyone, especially newer members who joined before this month. To stay in the group, you must reach Level 2 That is 5 points You have 5 days to get it And Yes, if you don’t, you will be removed. It only takes a few minutes. A single thoughtful post or a comment that helps someone is often enough. Why do we do this Because this community is built on action, support, and progress. Not passively scrolling. Not disappearing. Not ā€œmaybe later.ā€ So at the end of the month, November 30th, we will have the Great Purge and remove everyone who didn’t reach Level 2. If you’re active, amazing. You’re good. If you’re new or unsure, take action today so you stay part of this place. Let's all improve together!

šŸ‘„Do You Prefer Training Alone or With Someone?
Some people love the quiet focus of training solo. Headphones in. Zone locked. No distractions. Others thrive with a partner or group, pushing each other, celebrating small wins, and sharing the pain of that last rep. I’ve seen both sides. When I trained for Ninja Warrior, having training partners pushed me harder than I ever thought possible. But during my skill training phases like handstands, levers, and planches, solo sessions helped me slow down, think, and refine technique without pressure. There’s no right answer, only what keeps you consistent and enjoying the process. šŸ’¬ What about you? Do you prefer training alone, with a partner, or in a group and why?
