[Crash Course] The AI Conversational Booking Calendar Triage Guide
So, for those who have a rough time with appointment booking - here is your triage guide to make sure everything is a green-light to go. In the video I show you a blank assistant where the prompt is just "you are appointment booking bot" and the ai perfectly executes appointment booking with the user - with zero instruction on how. Calendar [Syncing]- does the assistant have access to the calendar to reference? 2. Ability [Tools] - does the assistant have the ability to do it? 3. Settings [GHL Settings] - Does my GoHighLevel calendar have actual availability? 4. Prompt [Instructions, KB, Temp] - have i told the assistant the correct protocol i want for booking or given it confusing instructions? 5. Event [Tool called & meta data] - Did the tool get called? If so is the meta data correct? What does it say? 6. Refresh [Refresh associated resources] - If all else fails it could be your connection, refresh your connection, calendar and tools. -- Let me know if this is helpful

So, if you have the $97 plan of GHL and want to use assistable - here is how you do it: - Dont connect to the agency in the admin portal -> we'll do that later - Copy your custom menu link like normal into ghl - Navigate to your subaccount and click on the custom menu link - Since you dont have an agency connection in the admin portal it will trigger a hidden popup asking to connect to your subaccount - click connect and log into leadconnectorhq - After you have been directed to leadconnectorhq, navigate back to the subaccount you want to connect - click on the custom menu link and the popup will reappear - click connect, it will take you to the GHL auth page - CLICK THE SUBACCOUNT YOU ARE IN *********** - once you have done that, you will be directed and connected and that will allow you to connect to assistable at the subacct level just go to each sub you want to connect and do the same (you wont have to do the leadconnectorhq redirect step - you can just click into the accts and connect)

We got issue in our calendars.
the Assistable ai assistant can't pull out the availability of the calendar. You guys experiencing this issue too? or its only me. When I call the bot, this ai wasn't able to check the appointment and book a meeting. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks,

Yes, was just going to post for this and saw your post. reconnected several time and nothing just bot repeats and repeats itself.
Booking / Security Measures | Looking into
Seen some posts about booking, looking at logs to see Moving to more suitable infrastructure / processing schedule this weekend: - We have far outgrown the platforms and vendors we use for hosting and runs, so we are hoping on off them for a more scalable infrastructure. I'm easing some functionality over to slow the rolls - you should not see a deprecation of service or notice any change. With that comes added cyber-security measures: - At the platfrom's current scale - cyber-securiy is becoming a real thing and even though we have done everything in our power to make sure your data is 32 bit encrypted and safe as can be, we are having a 3rd party consulting on the process to keep you and your clients data safe as possible. Tons of stuff, ive delayed my trip home to focus on major patches before heading back to our house
