add delay / pause at the beginning of a call
I have client who is forwarding their phone calls from Freshdesk to the Assistable bot number. Is there a way to set up a delay of some kind before the bot starts talking?

I have this instruction and honestly it works well for me: ## Tasks 1. Greet and introduce yourself - Pause for 1–2 seconds before you start speaking, just like a person would on a call. Don’t mention that you’re waiting.
WhatsApp Message After Form Submit
I’ve got a customer request and I’m wondering if anyone here knows if this is possible with GHL: After a lead submits a form and enters their phone number, a WhatsApp message should be sent automatically. Once the lead replies, the Assistable bot should take over and start the conversation. Has anyone set up something like this before or know if it’s doable in GHL? Appreciate any input!

You need to install a third-party app to change the SMS channel to WhatsApp. Then you need to build a simple flow like this: Form filled trigger – send SMS (WhatsApp) – AI tag. That way, when the client replies, the AI will already respond, or you can add a condition so that the AI tag is added only if the client replies.

Error: Phone number already owned by another account
Weird. Was working fine yesterday, then I tried to change the number to a different assistant and things went south. I deleted the number, tried to re-import it, and got the error "Phone number already owned by another account"....so I purchased a new Twilio number, went to import that one, and got the same error message @Jorden Williams

I've gotten that error a few times too, but the numbers can still be used without any problem.
Facebook form and AI
How do I create a facebook form that my ai can respond to?

@Darius Dempsey You can also do it either by using a preset message and sending it to the chat so the AI can talk to the user, or by using the ChatGPT action to generate random responses.

Limit ORB
Can I limit the number of times a user can talk to the ORB? Like, can each contact only interact once with the ORB? (maximum twice, but ideally just once) I’d really appreciate any help. 🙌🏻
