Has anyone tried BFR training when recovering from an injury??

Hi Jim, I have been using Smart Cuffs 4.0 for BFR training after two hernia surgeries this past year. Definitely something to consider. I really like using them, it allows me to lift lighter without the stress of heavy weights but achieve the same benefits. There are a few good articles on BFR training by Dr. Mercola. Here is the link to one of them. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2025/09/27/blood-flow-restriction-exercise-rheumatoid-arthritis-relief.aspx

I’m Warren. CPA and business owner. I carry responsibility for my firm, my family, and staying mentally and physically sharp as I get older. A year ago, I was on the verge of insulin dependency. Since then, I’ve dropped 50+ lbs and come off diabetes medication. Diet-wise, I keep it simple with high protein and controlled carbs. My current goal is to add muscle safely.
