Handstand progress
Ahhh I think I've nearly cracked it! Two things I've tried.. the first is practicing as @Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert told me regarding falling out of a handstand. Its clear to me I'm cautious about it so the cushion helps. But also, when I kick up, I need to put my shoulders over my wrists more than I think I'm doing!

🎄💪 5000 Push Ups Before Christmas 💪🎄
Let’s do something fun together. Goal: 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas. That’s it. No pressure. Just action. The math: 5,000 push-ups ÷ 16 days ≈ 312 push-ups per day as a group If 15 people do 20 push-ups a day, we hit the goal easily. Rules: • Full push-ups count as 1 • Knee push-ups count as 2 = 1 full rep • Do them anytime during the day • You can split them into as many sets as you want ➡️ Post your reps HERE so we can track it and celebrate 📹 Video is optimal as we are going by the honor system This is not about being perfect. 30 pushups today for the team
New hanging routine
I've been hanging for almost 5 months, 6 times a week. My goal has been to accumulate 5 minutes daily doing the longer hangs I could. In this time I've increased from a max of 20 sec to a max of 85 seconds. Yesterday I saw a video that suggested this other routine: Intervals (15 sec hanging - 15 sec rest) x 5 times Those five times: 1st: active hang 2nd: scapular pulls 3rd: releasing one finger (then 2, 3, etc) from the right hand to eventually get a one hand hang. 4th: same with opposite hands 5th: passive hang This is for the first week. The second week, the intervals are 16 secs. Third week intervals of 17 sec ... And so on until you reach intervals of 25 secs. I decided to do 2 rounds like this one and a third one but including core exercises: knee raises, straight leg raises, straight leg negatives. Do any of you have experience on training the grip strength like this? Or what's your opinion on this approach? Do you think that just hanging max times is better? Thanks!

I love hanging! Haven't tried releasing fingers to train so thanks for sharing. I usually do the active hang and scapular pulls - feels so good for spine decompression as well
Tennis elbow
My elbows have been killing me right on the tip of the elbow exactly any tips or advice would be great i recently took a 2 week break and it didn’t fix anything

Ah yes, I have had this before too, can share some things but wanted to check first, what have you done for it so far? Does it hurt while gripping etc? And to confirm, pain in outside elbow and do you also feel in forearm?
Wall Sit challenge…
Hey all, last week I started a 30 day wall sit challenge with one of my gym partners. There are 3 levels that you can do Beginner, intermediate and advanced. Because I had started one of these challenges in the past I decided to try as intermediate. Day one I started at 30 seconds ( and to make it interesting I did 3 sets). Well it’s very surprising how fast your stamina can change, everyday I have to add 15 seconds. Last week when I was doing 1 min 15 seconds I was struggling and these legs were on fire, but I shocked myself today, where I was supposed to do 2 minutes 30 seconds , but I got up to 2:45… (and still 3 sets). So much of this is a mind challenge against yourself…. I am looking forward to the last day already and the journey from 30seconds to 5 minutes will be complete…. Let’s gooooooooooo!

Wow - great progress and such a great idea! I'm brainstorming different challenges to end the year and will add this. I like imagining myself getting stronger and stronger, legs and feet rooting into the floor to keep my body strojg and stable and add wall angels while in wall sit to open up chest and shoulders for pull-up warm-up too
