How I Grew To $619 MMR And A Engaged Skool Group In 30 Days.
Skool brothers and sisters, I salute you from a boiling hot Bali. Today, I would like to give back to you. This community has given me so much that I decided, to create a walkthrough video of my community. Let's go behind the scenes of: - $619MRR - 30 days on the skool platform. - Rank 236 of the most engaged skool communities in the business category. I salute you all from a boiling hot Bali. A month ago, I started my Skool community. 30 days later, the top 3 on the leaderboard is well above 400 points. There are a million roads that lead to building a solid community. Today, I would like to share my ways with you. Have a look at the video. I hope it helps you do the same. Power to you. Virgil

High-Ticket Program vs. Community.
I have a 90 days high-ticket program on how you can scale your business using content marketing and storyselling - a step by step program. And I am planning to convert it to a community model where people can stay for as long as they want to. Ofcourse, the community pricing would be lower. Do you guys think high-ticket is the future or communities are the future!? And I would love to hear it from someone who might have transitioned from a program to a community offer. Thanks!

No always repackage the same program in different formats for different flavours.:)
My first two weeks on Skool.
Wow... What a experience. These are the 5 things I have learned so far. 1. Conversation aren't happening by themselves. You need to be a leader of your tribe. Message people to say that you miss their conversations. You'll be amazed how many people respond to that. 2. Create your culture by giving you members a name. Im my case I call them Chillers. 3. Install your own rituals. For me it's showing up on calls without shirts. Yeah I know it's weird but when you live in Bali you can't wear a shirt without sweating to death. Find rituals that make you unique. 4. Polls are your best friend. When you understand that your community is not about you, it will fly. Poll your members regularly and give them what they want. Power to the people. 5. Having fun is mandatory. There are so many serious people and communities in this world. People like to be entertain. Make them smile. Give them space to be themselves. Power to all of you who make this Skool community so helpful. I'm looking forward chatting to you all. Power to you.

But you have the growth of your group in your own hands. Here are four things you can do today to bring your group back to life. Please feel free to add your experience with engagement in the comments below.

@Jenny Capella It works really well:)
Yo Skool community are you Chillin?
I’ve learned the hard way. Working yourself to death is not sustainable. The last thing you want is to end up in a burnout. Trust me I know how that feels. So instead focus on one task a day. You’ll be amazed at how much you get done in a year with this concept. And the best thing is, you have a lot of time to chill. Now If you haven’t started your Skool group yet, this is your wake up call. Because this platform is build in such a simple way that you can crush it and chill at the same time. If I can do it, trust me you can do it 1000% Get going, you’ve got this.
