Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is that hustle helps you start, but systems are what let you sustain and grow. I have a lot of drive right now and it’s helped me get my first clients, but I can already feel where lack of structure creates friction. I know improving my systems will make everything more consistent and less stressful. Assignment #2: My concern is becoming so formulaic that clients feel like just another number. I want structure on the business side, but still keep the experience personal and individualized. I understand systems are necessary, I just want to balance efficiency with genuine care.

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is that sales is not inherently bad. I used to associate it with being pushy, but I’m starting to see that good clinicians simply communicate their values and stay aligned with who they are. When the message is clear, sales naturally follows. Converting is a skill that can be practiced and improved. Assignment #2: My challenge is that I’m more introverted and very direct, and I want to make sure that doesn’t limit my ability to sell. I want to confidently guide someone toward a decision without feeling guilty, even when they show hesitation.

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is realizing I actually do have real value, and it’s on me to believe that first. Pricing isn’t something given to me by the environment I work in. I have control over it and can charge based on the results I provide. Assignment #2: My biggest challenge right now is converting leads and handling sticker shock. I don’t think the issue is the service itself, it’s communicating the value clearly enough that the price makes sense to them.

Assignment #1: Biggest takeaway is I’ve been waiting to feel ready before starting. Truth is that never really comes. Waiting for the perfect timing honestly just made me more stressed and stuck. I need to act first and figure things out as I go instead of overthinking every step. Assignment #2: My biggest concern is clients seeing that I’m still dialing in my business model. I know I’m good clinically, but the business side is new and evolving. I don’t want that to come across as uncertainty when they work with me.

1. What caught my attention was that this was built for people who are ready to move now, not just collect information. The 5-day structure made it feel actionable instead of theoretical. I need execution and accountability. 2. Big picture, I want to shift from hustling for individual sessions to running a real business. Have a stronger mindset around selling, clearer communication of value, consistent income, and systems that create stability instead of uncertainty week to week. 3.
