Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is that sales is not inherently bad. I used to associate it with being pushy, but I’m starting to see that good clinicians simply communicate their values and stay aligned with who they are. When the message is clear, sales naturally follows. Converting is a skill that can be practiced and improved.
Assignment #2: My challenge is that I’m more introverted and very direct, and I want to make sure that doesn’t limit my ability to sell. I want to confidently guide someone toward a decision without feeling guilty, even when they show hesitation.
