Hello everyone! Newbie here. I've been baking for a long time but just starting out making macarons. I've been using French macarons method and they've been coming out half hollow. Taste is great, they have their feet, but just semi hollow. I can't wait to try this recipe and see if I can perfect this!

Okay this is my fifth time trying macaroons but my first time using your recipe. And I'm not going to lie your recipe intrigued me because it only uses the mixer but also dumping raw egg whites into my meringue was a crazy thought. The first tray almost perfect! Slightly lopsided on the back side of the tray that was like deepest in my oven. So I decided for the second batch to rotate the tray halfway through. And as soon as I rotated the tray and set it back down every one of them cracked 😭 I also have a convection oven and I forgot to turn my fan off. Overall I'm super happy. And the fact that I can do the macronage with my mixer is crazy!!

Hi Everyone, I've baked macarons before but my macarons has always turned out to be hollow on the inside. Hopefully with this new recipe it can help me achieve the perfect macarons. And I hope you all can achieve good and amazing macarons as well! We got this!

i am still super early in my journey of making the perfect macarons, and i'm excited to learn with all of you! i've made a few batches before but i am looking to perfect them! i was even feeling ambitious and tried my best to make a few fun shapes for last years super bowl :)
