Not as good as my first try.
Second try. I did a single batch this time because I don't need a lot of shells. I'm just practicing. And your instructions said to use a hand mixer, which I don't own. And I could not get stuff peeks because there were not enough egg whites... But I went with it anyway! I thought honestly they would be worse. My feet spread. Badly. But also. They are not over cooked, by the white is really browned. How do you get white macs?

Okay this is my fifth time trying macaroons but my first time using your recipe. And I'm not going to lie your recipe intrigued me because it only uses the mixer but also dumping raw egg whites into my meringue was a crazy thought. The first tray almost perfect! Slightly lopsided on the back side of the tray that was like deepest in my oven. So I decided for the second batch to rotate the tray halfway through. And as soon as I rotated the tray and set it back down every one of them cracked 😭 I also have a convection oven and I forgot to turn my fan off. Overall I'm super happy. And the fact that I can do the macronage with my mixer is crazy!!

@Crystal Arvelo all of them. I oven dried the first batch and out of the 4 they are the best. The second tray sat while the first baked (16 minutes baked and 7 oven drying) and then I stopped piping them until it was time to bake so they could not air dry.

I did a white chocolate ganache with raspberry inside. It's a little runny and soft still. I maybe rushed it. I need to work on my fillings too!

I would love the recipie!! I've tried a few different ones and am not getting the results I want! I think I can do better!
