Weekly Practice Feb 22-28 This week's practice is what I call Name It and Claim It. Practice this simple affirmation in the morning and the evening and throughout the day as you need it It goes like this Place one hand on your heart place the other hand on your solar plexus or over your belly button My name is (your name) I am a Healer. I claim my healing gift. I humbly give thanks to (spirit/creator/the Divine/the light) for the opportunity to walk this path in this life. And so it is. Repeat throughout the day as needed Please make a comment on this thread each day this week that simply says “I Claim It”

Check in with your Energy & Boundaries
A reminder to check in with yourself. Check in with your energetic boundaries. Where are your boundaries strong this week? Where have you leaked any energy? My energy leak was over this past weekend when we had a house full of people! Towards the end of our party it was getting tough for me and I got pulled away into other people's energies and that was not a good thing. My boundaries are strong today with following through with my physical exercise and doing some content & creative work for the community. I ask you to check in and see what needs attention. Part of this is daily energy hygiene practices that we work and exercise like a muscle. Whether it's using the breath, using movement, or going out for a walk, do the energy hygiene that works for you.

I’ve been focusing on healing my nervous system for a few months now and I completely agree with this. It’s a daily process. ♥️✨We need to fill our own cups before we can fill others, before we can stand tall and help others.
What Did You Notice this Week?
What have you noticed this week around being aware of our yes and our no and when to say yes and no? If you've listened to the healing audio for this week, how has that teaching about hiding or waiting for permission opened up new doors for you? I noticed a lot of freedom when I said yes to things that would bring me more peace and harmony in my everyday life. I also noticed when I said no there was still this underlying conversation inside about "I hope this doesn't sound harsh or wrong or uncaring" This week had a very close friend who was with me when a request was made and I said No to the person. My friend later told me that I sounded very "dry" when I told this other person no. I found that very interesting and also understand that is another person's interpretation. That's what they heard or that's how they heard it and it has nothing at all to do with me.

@K Prem sing I have been wanting to buy or make something just like this since last weekend! Rainbows and color have also been a part of my synchronicities this week. I have been writing a lot more but have started wanting to make time to be more playful. I’ve been coloring and drawing. Making time to do this has been a good “yes” and also good to say “no” to worrying, overworking, etc.

Practice for this week Feb 2-8, 2026 Our work has brought us to a place of choice. Free choice that gives us power to say Yes and power to say No. Free choice to own your sovereignty without guilt! In that same power of choice - remember this ⬇️ ➡️You don’t have to choose between being kind and being powerful. 💜True spirituality is strength with heart. This week I invite you to practice being strong with heart. I invite you to practice saying Yes and saying No while holding firm to your strength and your loving heart. Comment as you feel called. Your sharing with always help another. But share only what you feel ready to share.

It is powerful to say “no” and take care of yourself. Sometimes, we need to rest and protect our energy. Not everything is for us. Love to all of you! May you say “no” when you know you need to do so.
