Weekly Practice Feb 22-28
This week's practice is what I call Name It and Claim It.
Practice this simple affirmation in the morning and the evening and throughout the day as you need it
It goes like this
Place one hand on your heart place the other hand on your solar plexus or over your belly button
My name is (your name)
I am a Healer. I claim my healing gift.
I humbly give thanks to (spirit/creator/the Divine/the light) for the opportunity to walk this path in this life. And so it is.
Repeat throughout the day as needed
Please make a comment on this thread each day this week that simply says “I Claim It”
