@Susan Kline that sounds very tasty… Do you make it yourself or do you buy a carton of it somewhere and just heat it up? That taking a break and having something yummy to drink is so nice to me I love it.

@Jennifer Seven me too… I’ve seen it before at some cafés they serve it… It’s supposed to be super good for you… But I want to know what Jennifer wants to know do you make this yourself and if so, how… Or do you buy it at a health food store and just heat it up?

Thank you for the offer to be grounded and what we’re doing… Physically I came in with a bit of pain because it’s after eye surgery and I’m healing… Emotionally I came in missing the connection of all the groups and wanting to check in and have connection with other people… Mentally I came in good I slept really well in my mind feel sharp and with it. That’s my present date. Thank you for letting me share.
