Something I made to simplify the customer journey
I’ve been working on breaking down the customer journey into something clearer and easier to systemize. I made this visual to help summarize the seven core stages and where friction usually shows up. Sharing it here in case it’s helpful for anyone building out their backend systems or improving consistency in their delivery. If you look at the seven stages…Which one do you think creates the most friction for most businesses? Would love to hear your perspective.

@Fryu Rusre its good thanks for asking..
Attention gets eyes
Attention gets eyes, credibility gets trust, and trust creates long-term impact. For me, the biggest way I’m building credibility right now is simple but powerful: showing up consistently with real conversations. Not chasing virality. Not over-polishing. Just deep, honest podcast conversations with people who’ve actually walked the path, sharing wins, mistakes, and lessons in real time. Authority isn’t claimed. It’s earned through consistency, clarity, and contribution. Curious to hear from others too 👇 What’s one action you’re taking today to build believability, not just visibility?

Why Having a Website Matters for Your Business?
In today’s business world, a website does more than sit online—it helps people find you, builds trust, and gives you a space to clearly share what you offer. When customers are comparing options or searching for services, even a basic website can make your business stand out and feel more reliable. Hi there, I'm currently working on my portfolio and would love to offer free website design to anyone who would like one 🌹. Feel free to message me if you’re interested! Offer Secrets
Hello everyone, I’m been following Russell Brunson for quite a while now and I love what he teaches how he teaches it. I just signed up with Russell’s Offer Secret course. What I really need feedback on is I love the idea of affiliate marketing and now that I’m in Offer Secrets and the fact that I don’t have a course nor do I have any experience in course creation thats why I have such a passion for affiliate marketing it doesn’t require creating a course. Is it even possible to successfully go through the Offer Secrets course using an affiliate product or service to promote. I would sure appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

@Tom McIntyre This is how I did. You select most relevant offers from offer labs. (eg. LinkedIn Growth hacks - Grow your LinkedIn to 10k in 60 days(something like that), lindenin lead generation program DIY - mid, lead generation DFY(High ticket). You can keep stacking up. And on checkout the person can look at all the offers and can select multiple. Entry is the lowest and mid offer and last is the high ticket offer. It can be from multiple people on offerlabs. Later you promote using fb ads, in your network, email list or linkedin connections. If they buy the offer; you get commission.
How big is your…
mission? (yes. exactly that question 😏) Everyone online is obsessed with funnels. Pages. Ads. Automations. AI prompts. “Which tool should I use?” But here’s the part nobody wants to admit: 👉 Funnels don’t fail. Small missions do. If your mission is weak, your funnel will feel pushy. If your mission is unclear, your funnel will feel confusing. Funnels don’t create belief. Funnels amplify belief. That’s why some funnels feel like spam, …and others feel like a clear invitation you want to step into. A real funnel hacker doesn’t start with software. He starts with questions like: - What am I actually building? - Who is this not for? - What problem am I willing to commit years of my life to solving? Because once the mission clicks, the funnel becomes obvious. Not louder. Not trickier. Just sharper. Your funnel is a blade. Your mission decides whether it cuts…or just waves around awkwardly. Build a mission worth building a funnel for. Then sharpen everything else.
