Notes from Rewire Your Brain β€” Train Your Subconscious Mind
I watched Haroon bhai’s Mental Mastery chapter's first video (Rewire Your Brain β€” Train Your Subconscious Mind) and honestly, the way he explained things makes you reflect deeply. He talked about procrastination, distraction, and how our mind sometimes feels scattered , and I could relate. Many times, life doesn’t go as we imagine, and that creates frustration. But the way he broke everything down step by step really helps open the mind and gives a direction. 1. Haroon bhai explained that to train your mind and deal with procrastination, you need to understand your thoughts clearly, and journaling is the best way to do that because it helps you see what’s going on inside your mind. 2. He talked about taking a few quiet minutes each day just to think and reflect on why you avoid work and what small steps can help you start. 3. He also explained that repeating positive habits with your heart, mind, and tongue helps your subconscious accept them. 4. Before doing any task, you should think about the pros and cons so your emotions push you toward the right action. 5. He said to imagine the feeling of finishing the work, because that emotion motivates you. 6. Another important point was extreme ownership, taking full responsibility for everything in your life without excuses. Ask yourself daily what you did to move toward success. 7. He also highlighted deep work, which means working with full focus and no distractions, because this is a superpower in today’s world. 8. Lastly, he shared the first principle theory which is to break your tasks into small, easy pieces, so you don’t feel overwhelmed and can start with confidence. Some quick tips that I learned from this lesson, I want to share are: - Remove phone notifications when doing deep work. - If you feel stuck, do one tiny piece , that’s progress. - Celebrate small wins to keep motivation up. By journaling, thinking, taking ownership, and practicing deep work, you can slowly rebuild your mindset ,even if you feel lost or things aren’t going the way you imagined.

- I started my morning by finishing the concept design I had left halfway yesterday. It felt satisfying, like checking off a lingering task that was sitting in the back of my mind. - After that, I spent some cozy time on Pinterest, scrolling through ideas with my cup of coffee beside me. I picked out a few inspiring forms that instantly clicked with what I wanted. - I moved to my sketchbook and started sketching those forms. There’s something so calming about putting pencil to paper, it’s like my brain finally gets quiet. Sketching really helps me breathe, slow down, and let ideas flow naturally instead of forcing them. - I played around with shapes, combinations, and little twists until I finalized a few forms I’m happy with. I even ended up creating some abstract exterior concepts ; simple, clean, but still visually striking. It felt good to see ideas come together without pressure. - Later in the day, I logged into Skool, watched a few lessons, and ticked them off one by one. It felt like a small but meaningful step towards staying consistent.

Notes from β€œStart Here” Video
- These videos are helping me build a positive mindset and look at opportunities with a fresh and open mind. - The biggest lesson I learned is: opportunities don’t come served on a plate, you have to work hard for them. - The more effort I put in, the more results I will see. Hard work will definitely increase my opportunities, InshaAllah. - These videos are giving me a broader way of thinking. They are making me more aware, focused, and ready to take action. - I really liked the part where he explained the do's and don’ts for new members of this Skool community, it was very clear and helpful. - After watching, I feel motivated to become more active. - Keeping a daily journal is a great idea because it pushes me to do something productive every day so I have something to write about. - I have now unlocked the next chapter called Mental Mastery, and I am excited to start learning from it.

- Started my day with good energy and a fresh mindset. - Worked on some museum concept designs today. - Jotted down rough ideas and did quick sketches. - Played around with different forms, shapes, and combos to see what works. - Realized it’s much easier when I break things into small pieces instead of trying to design the whole structure at once. - Little tip for anyone struggling: start with simple forms, add shapes slowly, and let the design build itself. - Overall, a relaxed and creative day.
