Aaj ka din kaafi productive aur learning se bhara hua raha. Me 12 bajay utha, uske baad apnay bhai ko school se lene gaya. Ghar aane ke baad jummah ki namaz ada ki aur phir coaching ke liye nikal gaya. Coaching se wapis aakar mene GPT ki madad se apni video ki script likhi. Usko likhne ke baad thori si editing bhi ki taakey script zyada clear aur engaging ho jaye. Asr ki namaz ke baad dobara apnay bhai ko tuition se lene gaya. Itnay me maghrib ki azan ho gayi, namaz parhi aur phir ghar ke liye thora saman (soda) lene chala gaya. Isha ki namaz parhi, khana khaya aur ab me apna ye journal likh raha hoon. Mene ye video watch ki: “Rewire Your Brain – Train Your Subconscious Mind” aur isme mujhe bohot si nayi batein seekhne ko mili: 1. Waqt ki kadar tu sab batatey hain, lekin waqt ki tracking aj Sir Haroon se seekhi ke apne waqt ko kaise sahi jagah lagaye. 2. Mene ye bhi seekha ke zuban se, agar alfaz feel karke bolein, to brain ussey sach man leta hai. 3. Sir Haroon ne bataya ke insan ko jo cheez karni hoti hai woh ussey bahaney bana kar kar leta hai, lekin agar hum uske faide aur nuksan ko zehan me rakh kar future dekhte hue decide karein ke mujhe ye karna chahiye ya nahi, to hume apna jawab mil jata hai.
