✅How to Select a Perfect Job on Upwork? Here are some key points- 1.The hire rate should be at least 60% or above ( Some clients post jobs just for fun or they just change their mind. So it’ll be a big risk if you consider this) 2. Check Project Average (PA) - it should be $250 or more (PA =Total spent ÷ Number of hires. For Ex. : $11k ÷ 22 persons = $500 ) 3. Hourly rate should be at least $9 - $10. 4. Read job descriptions carefully (short descriptions or keywords like “Cash cow editor, YouTube Automation, LONG TERM”- are red flags❌. If you spot 3-4 red flags, skip the job.) 5. Look for good reviews.(If the reviews are good and the client paid them good amounts, then you are good to go) 6. Prefer clients from US/UK/Australia. (Avoid Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) These are the points I’ve learnt so far from Abdullah bhai's dummy bidding sessions & @Haroon Khalil's videos. It also partners with top universities to provide practical, job-ready training. The platform also makes learning more accessible by offering financial aid for eligible learners and giving you the option to audit many courses for free so you can explore the material before committing. It's a flexible, supportive way to build new skills at your own pace. I personally applied for financial aid for one of the courses, and it was accepted, which made the learning experience even more affordable and encouraging.

*Reflections* 1- Due to the protests, announced by Punjab Bar Council, I could appear before judges. Even in whole Punjab no lawyer appeared in courts. 2- I wrote few bail petitions etc and did few pending drafting works. 3- Learnt about Meta Ads 4- Watched a podcast of Meta Ads Expert. 5- Spent some time watching “Mental Mastery”
