New member here. Starting my journey as an agency owner. Over the next few days I will be asking a few questions to speed up my learning process. Very excited to see the resources in this group.

I recently signed a new client for web development and rep management services. I also pitched them DR, but they told me they didn't have a database despite being in business for 30+ years! Fortunately, I have a White Label Suite subscription so I pitched lead gen with an opt-in page and they went for it. Curious if any of you had had similar pivots for clients without databases. What were your results?

Hi everyone, I recently signed a client that is a worker's compensation third party administrator. I just built a new website for them and I have started getting them onboarded into GHL. They had shown interest in running Google Ads, but after diving deeper into DR that seems like a no-brainer first. Does anyone have experience running successful campaigns in this niche? My initial thought is to offer a free consultation or 10% off of the first month, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has done something more creative. Thanks in advance!
