Breathwork Q
Hey all, I had done a few of the Breathwork sessions and at times I find myself breathing in/out with my lips pursed, other times with my mouth more open (hot breath style) and other times short and rhythmic and other times elongated and often with noises. Should I focus on one or the other - is finding a faster rhythm important/better or rather whatever cadence feels good so long as there are no gaps at the top or bottom of the breath? Any input would be appreciated- Thanks!
Partner Pass Halfsies anyone? (I'll pay $1750)
Good morning beautiful souls! ☀️ What an amazing 3-day workshop! I learned so much about myself and breathwork and want to continue on this path. I'm interested in doing the full program and would love to do it through the Partner Pass (BOGO). I'd be willing to pay half of the cost equally ($3500/ 2 = $1750). That way, we both save money, but can still experience the full program. Please DM here or on IG (ffaroqui) if you're interested. Once we connect, we can talk over the phone to figure out the details. Thanks so much and have a wonderful day. ✨️

Module 2: Regulation & Respiration
📝 Share Your #1 Take-Away Below! The primary role of your nervous system is communication. Many people believe its main job is to keep you safe, which is true, but how does it achieve that? It does so by constantly scanning your environment for signs of threat or safety and assessing the people around you. Your nervous system extends beyond your physical body; we are electromagnetic beings. In this video, we'll discuss this aspect of your physiology and how it impacts your daily life.

Shaking from head to tail, toddlers throwing a tantrum being emotional regulation activities 🤯 - I was never allowed to feel any feelings when I was a child. I now have a 6&9 year old who are teaching me about feeling feelings and emotional regulation - so beautiful 🫶🏻
