Never found any but are you using bamboo cooling bedding? I use the pillowcases and flat sheet as a blanket and they halon tremendously so I still wear cotton pjs.
I feel like I’m between back in a routine and getting there slowly. Been making some changes to what I eat which is a plus and work has increased so that keeps me from snacking most days and brings home more money which makes me less stressed. But I’m not fully back yet.
Struggling with weight gain 😫 changed my diet to the Mediterranean Diet and joined the gym and instead of losing weight I'm gaining more. It's really getting to me. Is anyone else having the same problem?
Yes I’m having issues too. I’ve maintained since 2021 but I cannot lose. Just got back from my doctor. I told him I’m starting Silvessa from Bonafide since it had inositol in it to help lower triglycerides and A1C because it helps metabolize sugar better (along with regrowing hair). He agreed to 6 months trial of that before we discuss more but he mentioned GLP-1 or a metabolism booster or since I have PCOS Metformin to help me loose since I have tried different diets too. Right now cutting carbs midday (lunch 7 days a week and 2 dinners when I’m working evenings) is helping a tiny amount.
@Kelly Pavlicek watch the fruit. A lot has tons of sugar. I told mine that when I’m working a full day I’m too busy to snack so I have cut back. I’m not craving sugary foods and my portion sizes are a lot better too which means GLP-1 won’t really help so we are looking towards metabolism boosters - short term usage only. He wants to jump start my system because it’s been lacking for so long. Let me know what your doctor says and ask him about Bonafide products. They are all natural and not medication or prescription based (just and FYI)
What’s your best tip, hack, habit, or supplement that has helped you the most on your hormone journey? It could be something small or something that made a big difference. Drop it in the comments so others can learn from what’s worked for you 💛
Sleeping with bamboo bedding - really cools me down. I’m outside San Antonio and we have be having massive heatwaves. I had been using my cotton summer quilt but woke up so hot the other night. I tossed the blanket off and grabbed one bamboo flat sheet. Even covered part of my head and I was cold shortly after and slept over 2 hours straight after being up every 40-60 min with night sweats.
