#Community Calendar
In Raising Change Globally, we have two weekly events that are locked into our calendar. Both are Tea and Talk events which means all members are welcome to join in for a little chat and a cuppa. There is no agenda, no expectations and we don't record the calls. The simple intention is to connect and get to know each other organically, just as we do on the expat trail when we have coffee after drop off! IYKYK! 😉 To cover time zones, we have two differnet times; 🌍 Tuesdays @ 9am GMT Thursday @ 5pm GMT In the few months since I started this community, so far someone has shown up to every call and it's been wonderful, my favourite times of the week! In addition to these weekly calls, we have recently added a monthly Skoolers call for those of our members who have or would like to have their own Skool community. This is where we brainstorm ideas, and support each other through the ups and downs of building a Skool community. A few more monthly calls will be added soon! 😃 If you're an expat mum and fancy joining us (it's still free for the first 100 members! 😉) Here is the link: https://www.skool.com/raisingchange/about

Love this so much! The “no agenda, no pressure, no recording” vibe is exactly what makes people actually show up and connect. And smart move having two time slots for time zones. 🙌 Wishing you continued full calls. Sounds like such a sweet space.

@Trisha Modeen how awesome! I bet that's paying off! You just gave me an idea for my music lessons (other biz)...🤔 Do you teach beginners too?
Skool doesn’t let you schedule posts… so I fixed it.
If you’ve ever missed a day of posting because life got busy, you already know the problem: Skool has no post scheduler. That’s not a “minor inconvenience.” It’s the reason most communities go quiet for days at a time. So I put together a quick guide that includes: - The simple workaround I use to schedule Skool posts (yes—actually schedule them), and - 50 plug-and-play prompts that get real replies (not crickets) Comment “PROMPTS,” and I’ll send you the link

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

🪞I knew people WEREN’T looking for “Motivation” 👀
(&the Village proved it)😤 🗓️Just 74 days & 120+ members I knew people never needed more motivation. I’ve watched motivated people burn themselves out. Disciplined people lose trust in their own voice. Capable people mistake exhaustion for failure. So when I built this Village, The Written Identity I didn’t build it to push anyone forward. I built it to help people put the weight down. ✍️This space started with the Write Ugly Method a way to get people out of their heads and back into honesty. No polishing. No performing insight. Just writing messy enough to finally hear your own voice again. And for many people, that alone mattered. Because when you write ugly, you stop lying to yourself. You stop negotiating with the truth. You start rebuilding trust — slowly, quietly, honestly. But as the Village grew, and I read more reflections, something surprised me. 🥺WHAT THE VILLAGE SHOWED ME ✍️Journaling helped people hear themselves. But it didn’t always help them see themselves.🥺 Even with honest writing, so many were still carrying shame that distorted how they interpreted their own words.💔 💔 They weren’t stuck because they lacked insight. They were stuck because shame was narrating everything they wrote.💔 And shame is subtle.💔 It makes exhaustion sound like failure. It turns protection into self-abandonment. It convinces you your voice can’t be trusted. ❤️‍🩹 That’s not a motivation problem. That’s a lens problem.🔎 👉THE REAL SHIFT People didn’t need to find themselves. They needed to be released.⛓️‍💥 Released from: •shame they’d been carrying quietly •the belief that slowing down equals failing •the pressure to sound healed before they’re allowed to speak What they needed wasn’t more prompts. They needed clarity without cruelty.🫡 And once I saw that👀 once I watched what happened when people could see where they actually are today
