Yea, after he talked to the decision makers everything changed. No close on this one. Will go harder on the real decision makers. And how would I go about coaching him on how to sell his company? At the end, what kind of questions would be best?

I also didn't set the table at the start either. Feel like my call 2's are often times all over the place, since I'm not sure on what the structure should be overall. Appreciate feedback!

I did send him an agreement too actually lmao We'll see, he ducked the most recent call on Monday & didn't reschedule, so I'd assume he doesn't. But I'll keep following up and see what happens. Also for "You absolutely should have set a stronger frame/agenda at the start of the call.", what do you mean exactly?

Minimal Pain
Now that I'm writing this, I should have found a way to frame it as less workload on her. That was her pain point. Yea these are good points. I skipped the summary and campaign results. But, I'm at 30k/m, so not really slinging deals any more in all honestly. Pricing is le pricing! Gotta improve the multi people call skills, thanks my man
