1) A bit about YOU: I'm Tom Kavanaugh, and live in Ventura, California. Both of my children are grown and have their own families. The first career of 26 years was teaching sales and service in the automobile industry. My second career has been teaching accelerated learning seminars for 16 years on these subjects: The PhotoReading Whole Mind System (Like Speed Reading on steroids) Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Mind Mapping Brain Gym (Educational Kinesiology) Genius Code Switched On Billiards and Golf (The synchronization of thoughts of the mind into the physical structure of the body... kind of like putting you in the zone on purpose!) My hobbies are reading a book every day, shooting pool, and playing online chess. 2) A bit about WHO and HOW you help: The ideal prospective client for me is a service provider, Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, Veterinarians, Plumbers, Electricians, Pest Control, etc. I can help them by going through an initial assessment of their business to find the areas that need improvement (almost all areas of a business can benefit from a 3-5% improvement each year), and finding the areas where most expenses can be reduced. Mainly, though, it's getting the mindset of the owner straight so they can begin to "think outside the box" as it relates to new ideas of improving their revenue! 3) A Special Offer, Freebie or something of Value: I have a complimentary 45-minute assessment of their business offered when I first meet them, and from there we identify the areas of opportunity for growth in their business. After spending the last 16 years teaching accelerated learning programs; NLP, Mind Mapping, Brain Gym, Genius Code, and The PhotoReading Whole Mind System, along came the COVID-19 pandemic and shut down all public venues for seminars. So, I pivoted the focus of my business into Business Strategy Coaching! Let's face it, 80% (or more) of what we do is based on our mindset... we all have a choice every morning when we wake up to make it the best day of the rest of our lives! The ideal clients for me are service providers; Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, Veterinarians, Plumbers, Electricians, and Pest Control among others. The ideal location for me to work is out of a Motorcoach with an Internet connection and my laptop! My hobbies in life are shooting pool, playing chess, and reading one book every day!
