He talks about building complete, end-to-end systems in isolationโฆ only to hear crickets when they launch. If Iโm honest, Iโve made that exact mistake before, creating a full โcareer change systemโ without properly validating what people actually wanted at that stage of their journey. I get a few people sign up, but considering I've got an audience of 30k+ people, I generally get about 1-2 sales per month from this (and I'm selling nothing else at the moment). So, I started with a simple poll to test demand. Around 20% said theyโd buy, and 50% said they wanted more information. Instead of jumping straight into building, I followed up with people from the poll to understand their real frustrations. Most people werenโt looking for a full programme yet.They were stuck much earlier, simply wanting clarity on what careers they could realistically move into as retail managers. So rather than over-engineering another big solution, Iโve pulled together a much simpler offer focused purely on that problem: helping retail managers see the options available to them. This Google Doc is intentionally a test, both to give value to those who asked for more info and to see whether people will actually buy before I build anything bigger.
