🧠 How I 22x'd My Engagement in 1 Month
CHURN ENGAGEMENT RETENTION CHURN ENGAGEMENT RETENTION It's burned into my brain at this point. 1 month ago my group was dying out after going absolutely psycho to win the Skool games (sound familiar?) I didn't know what was next and was struggling to provide enough value and resources to give people a reason to stay. Then, I quit trying to do it all on my own (lol). This week I am averaging 22x what my engagement was 4 weeks ago. Here's what changed: 1. I started actually engaging on my own. People tend to follow the leader, and I wasn't really leading all that much. Shockingly, when I started engaging and posting throughout the day, everyone else did too. Who would've thunk it. 2. Making changes. People want to be in a community to be at the front of the line, not be fed the same information over and over. I started deleting courses, adding zooms, doing spontaneous videos and anything else to get people excited and coming back for more. 3. I introduced my own version of the "Games". In the last 3 days, my community has gone insane. 100's of posts PER DAY and theres only 150 members. The structure in itself is too long for this post but here's what I'll say. Humans are competitive. If you give them a prize they actually want and limit the amount of people who get it, $@&! goes down. I hate talking about ideas on how to make improvements, I'd rather just share what works. This has worked for me, and I have a pretty good feeling it has nothing to do with my niche or me personally. Simply put: Do the work. Just win. PS: I convinced myself after the games that my niche market was tapped out. @Alex Hormozi laughed at me when I said it. I've increased my MRR 35% in the past 4 weeks. Don't sell yourself short. @Wiktor Romanowicz @Matthew Thompson @Andrew Kirby @Goose Dunlavey
