My wife got me a fragrance that I've been wanting for a while now, YSL Myself L'Absolu.

Hey good people, snowstorm day here in Canada. No school, so I’m working from home. I decided to wear IA Every Storm A Serenade, a beautiful fragrance; one of good ones from the house. A fresh, moody and very different from a typical aquatic scent! I get decent protection and longevity, 5-6 hours on skin. I received this bottle yesterday and was not disappointed on my test sniff! After I went home I decided to give this its first run as a Bedtime scent. The interesting thing for me when I did that is I immediately was reminded of YSL L'Homme EDP. In a good was as I love that fragrance as well. It was a light test with only 1 spray on my chest maybe a touch got on my pajama shirt and 1 spray to walk through. The longevity was great. Woke up this morning and the scent was still there, not overpowering, but you didn't have to hunt for it either. The Vanilla and Sweet come out of the gate hard with the amber and powder right on its heals. I don't get a lot of spice from this at all, but we will see how it goes. I'm wearing it for a full day today as well. I'll be in the office and then to the city for plenty of outside time so it will be interesting to see how it does in that environment. I am also curious to see how the scent may change as the bottle rests for a few weeks in my collection because of the temp swings in shipping? Not sure if that is a "Thing" but it makes sense in my head. Even though its early, I am glad I bought this upon everyones advice. Hope you all have a great day!!

Good morning BOS or evening 🤷‍♂️ whatever, groove xcape opens up with a blast of black pepper and just smoky accords thats very woody and then just more black peppery bit of amber with more smokey black pepper, very masculine, projection and longevity is solid same as most xerjoff typical 6-8 with at least arms length projection. I honestly don’t understand this one but as it being unique I can understand it being a hit or miss definitely not a safe blind buy, I bought a sample so not a big deal! Smell good out there!
