I'm having some issues with the booking agent auotmation. It doesn't always use the automation from the call, the same time and date can booked repeatedly even if already booked. @brrendan do you offer any 1/1 or group calls for resolution of errors?

Hey guys great to be here. Incredible resources and video guides thank you Brendan! I have just set up the Build An AI Caller For A Home Services Business and the only error I have is that the agent can book on dates that are already booked. the options to offer alternatives doesn't seem to fire up even what I ask the agent to confirm the time isn't already booked (I know it is). I would appreciate some clarity on what I might be missing to get this working. Thank you in advance
