Help with my first Agent build

Hey guys great to be here. Incredible resources and video guides thank you Brendan! I have just set up the Build An AI Caller For A Home Services Business and the only error I have is that the agent can book on dates that are already booked. the options to offer alternatives doesn't seem to fire up even what I ask the agent to confirm the time isn't already booked (I know it is).

I would appreciate some clarity on what I might be missing to get this working.
