I'm glad I am in the right place!! Yes!! At one point I was addicted to love! I was addicted to pleasure!! Now, I'm addicted to peace!! Love messed me up severely. I can't even recognize myself, because how I look is how I have been treated! The stress weight, the aging face, the broke out skin, the yellow and stained teeth. My hygiene took a hit, because I chose to self-sacrifice for a cause that no one was fighting but me. I thought I was doing the noble thing by standing up for my family and standing up for women, only for these same people to turn around and blame me for their pain, or blame me for the backlash they received for standing up for themselves. I helped people that spat in my face, stabbed me in the back, and abandoned me at my lowest. I have no one to blame but myself for not setting clear boundaries from the beginning. For not making reciprocity my code for living. For not checking people the first time they messed up. For not making my needs clear. I take full responsibility. This LOVE rehab is just what I didn't know I needed until I joined. That's the problem. LOVING TO THE POINT OF SELF-SACRIFICE, and just like Jesus, it almost cost me my life. No one deserves that sort of sacrifice from me, I choose to LIVE. Thank you for this space. ❤️

I want to thank my back, shoulder, and neck for protecting me when I stand and allowing me to function despite carrying ungodly amounts of trauma and burdens. I want to thank these areas for being strong enough to carry the load of all my anxiety and stress. Just simple movements align me back to relief. I'm thankful!

@Tracey Bryant I'm actually in physical therapy right now for my shoulder. I also do about 20 seconds of movement when I feel tense. An attempt to twerk and two step. I feel a full body movement like dancing, releases the stagnation.
