Day 3: Sensory Pleasure Day 🍯
Hey Queen! Shame dulls the senses. Today, we turn them back on. Joy lives in what you taste, touch, see, hear, and smell—let’s give it some attention. No rules. No judgments. Just full sensory permission. Mini Practice (5–10 minutes): Pick one sense to indulge intentionally: - Taste: slow sip of tea, chocolate, or fruit - Touch: lotion, soft fabric, warm water - Sight: flowers, art, colors you love - Smell: candle, essential oil, fresh air - Sound: nature, humming, music Focus fully on that one sense and notice the little details you usually miss. Reflection Prompt: Which sense feels easiest for me to enjoy? Which feels blocked?

The sense thats easier for my to enjoy is taste..I'm always eating good food. The sense that feels blocked is my sight. I NEED my glasses and can't even hold a good picture from my imagination. Visions aren't clear or blurry.

Count it all joy. Focus on your senses. Ask yourself are you fully turned on?

No, I'm not fully turned on. I'm struggling to go all in because of perfectionism.
Day 4: Micro-Joy Hunt 🌼
Hey Queen! Today let’s train our brains to notice joy. 🤩 Joy is already happening but most of us were trained to overlook it. Today isn’t about chasing happiness. It’s about noticing what’s already here. Small counts. Quiet counts. Ordinary counts. Today’s Practice (5 minutes, spread through the day): Notice and mentally name 5 micro-joys today, such as: - sunlight on your skin - a deep breath - a moment of relief - a laugh or smile - something beautiful or comforting You don’t need to write them down unless you want to. Just notice. Reflection Prompt: What joy was already present before I went looking for it? Check-In: Drop one micro-joy you noticed today—or a 🌼 if you’re still noticing.

The joy that was already present before I went looking for it, is the joy that I'm glad I survived all that I went through and the fight is over now. I feel blessed. One micro-joy I noticed today is putting on a pair of pants that doesn't slide down. I felt comfortable in my clothes.

Creating and noticing small joys in your environment can shift your atmosphere and your mood. If you feel led share in the comments what small joys matter to you?

The small joys that matters is good food, good music, and good wine. I always feel oh so fine! 😌
Day 5: Joy Without Productivity
Hey Queen! You do not have to earn rest. You do not have to monetize delight. You do not have to turn joy into content. Today, we practice pleasure that produces nothing. This is soft rebellion. Mini Practice (5–15 minutes): Do one thing that serves no purpose except enjoyment. Examples: - sit in the sun - flip through a magazine - doodle - listen to a song on repeat - sip tea slowly No posting. No teaching. No “how can I use this?” Just joy. Reflection Prompt: What part of me feels uncomfortable enjoying something that “does nothing”?

The part of me that feels uncomfortable enjoying something that "does nothing" is the eerie silence I feel in my mind that feel dangerous and feels like the final death. Having my energy engaged in something makes me feel alive!!
