Mini Practice (5ā10 minutes):
Pick one sense to indulge intentionally:
- Taste: slow sip of tea, chocolate, or fruit
- Touch: lotion, soft fabric, warm water
- Sight: flowers, art, colors you love
- Smell: candle, essential oil, fresh air
- Sound: nature, humming, music
Focus fully on that one sense and notice the little details you usually miss.

Which sense feels easiest for me to enjoy? Which feels blocked?
