Today let’s train our brains to notice joy. 🤩
Joy is already happening but most of us were trained to overlook it.
Today isn’t about chasing happiness.
It’s about noticing what’s already here.
Small counts.
Quiet counts.
Ordinary counts.
Today’s Practice (5 minutes, spread through the day):
Notice and mentally name 5 micro-joys today, such as:
  • sunlight on your skin
  • a deep breath
  • a moment of relief
  • a laugh or smile
  • something beautiful or comforting
You don’t need to write them down unless you want to. Just notice.

What joy was already present before I went looking for it?
