Todayâs Practice (5 minutes, spread through the day):
Notice and mentally name 5 micro-joys today, such as:
- sunlight on your skin
- a deep breath
- a moment of relief
- a laugh or smile
- something beautiful or comforting
You donât need to write them down unless you want to. Just notice.
