This is where self love gets real and gets intimate...
I'm so happy for this. It's finally here after 6 months, the "Savage Self Love Journal." Once a week we will share an exercise that will help pour and restore all of the love we need into ourselves. You can download your eBook copy in the classroom or purchase your hard copy on Amazon. https://a.co/d/acxBwFu

Day 3: Sensory Pleasure Day 🍯
Hey Queen! Shame dulls the senses. Today, we turn them back on. Joy lives in what you taste, touch, see, hear, and smell—let’s give it some attention. No rules. No judgments. Just full sensory permission. Mini Practice (5–10 minutes): Pick one sense to indulge intentionally: - Taste: slow sip of tea, chocolate, or fruit - Touch: lotion, soft fabric, warm water - Sight: flowers, art, colors you love - Smell: candle, essential oil, fresh air - Sound: nature, humming, music Focus fully on that one sense and notice the little details you usually miss. Reflection Prompt: Which sense feels easiest for me to enjoy? Which feels blocked?

What I Wish I Knew at 30…
If I could sit down with my 30-year-old self, this is exactly what I would say. At 60, I understand love, time, self-worth, and sovereignty in a way I didn’t back then. This message is for every woman who has loved hard, learned lessons, and realized that time doesn’t rewind. If you feel led record a message to your younger self. Be sure to look at yourself either on your phone or in the mirror when you do it. There’s so many lessons in your message. Keep it as a gift to yourself. 😘

Count it all joy. Focus on your senses. Ask yourself are you fully turned on?

@Tanisha Coleman letting go aka surrender is an issue for many of us. I’m learning to surrender to all of the circumstances I can’t control. It’s a work in progress. I’ve recognized that when I surrender others don’t have any leverage over me and I’m much happier for it. 😘
Happy Tuesday - 12 noon check in 2/10
