Over the past few weeks, I have been refining how I want my work and communities to be structured. What became clear in the process is that two good ideas needed two distinct homes. The Skool Cafeteria concept; open, exploratory, and wide-ranging; deserves its own dedicated space with a matching name and URL. I will create a new community, move the cafeteria content there, and continue exactly in that spirit. At the same time, my core work as the Coach’s Coach deserves a focused environment built around coaching, mentoring, clarity, and long-term growth. The existing community returns to its original name, Your Pathway To Growth, where the name, purpose, and URL are already aligned. This is less a pivot and more a refinement; early enough in development to be clean, and informed by what has been learned so far. Thank you for being part of this journey together. While tiers are an amazing recent addition to skool communities, the classroom structure is still pretty pedestrian. Inside our skool cafeteria community classroom, I have introduced a new color-coded system that can make learning easier, clearer, and more enjoyable. Each section is designed with a specific purpose, and the colors help members understand where they are and what they have access to at a glance. If you have not already looked at our classroom now is a good time to check it out. If you have seen it before you might find the recent updates worthy of note. Here is how the system works: 🔹 Brick Red: representing the skool building itself. – Public Access for everyone. 🔹 Dark Yellow: representing the skool bus bringing student to the classroom, – Standard Member content focused on quick wins and early momentum. 🔹 Dark Green: representing chalk boards in many modern skools. – Premium Member resources for deeper growth and structured progress. 🔹 Dark Blue: representing our skool uniform colors, along with white. – Buy-Now courses, digital content products, services and mentoring available to all members. Each section includes a “Getting Started Right” orientation to guide you smoothly. The first one includes overview information and an FAQ (Q&A) section. A friend of mine shared this today in another group: "YOU are the ONLY person you need to change your life. You have all the tools and resources you need to start right now." The message was paired with the image below; well-meaning, but critically flawed. While I agree with the intention, the fact is many, perhaps most, people struggle with motivation, action, and the knowledge necessary to succeed on their journey. Be mindful of memes that sound wise, raise your hopes, but leave you stuck; mired in overwhelm, procrastination, and self-doubt. An experienced and knowledgeable coach, guide, or mentor can provide the support you really need. While YOU are undoubtedly key to the process and must certainly be engaged in it, do not be seduced by meaningful sounding words that do not deliver on their promise!
