I have been writing a series of reflections in my Skool community classroom under the heading Just Thinking. It is a kind of pseudo-blog; a place where I explore ideas around coaching, mentoring, and the way I approach my work with clients. These pieces are not promotional. They are simply thoughts gathered from experience, conversation, and practice. I believe there is real value in what I am sharing. In fact, I believed strongly enough in that value to move Just Thinking behind the Premium tier paywall. That decision, however, did not sit right for long. Not because the content lacks value; but because placing it there was out of alignment with what I believe about giving value freely, without expectation. I am not opposed to charging for my services, courses, or structured offerings. That work has its place. But Just Thinking, while meaningful and useful, belongs on the free side of the coin. Because of that, I have moved Just Thinking, all existing articles, and all future entries back into the Standard (free) membership tier. You do need to join to access them, but they are now, and will remain, free. That just feels right.

Over the past few weeks, I have been refining how I want my work and communities to be structured. What became clear in the process is that two good ideas needed two distinct homes. The Skool Cafeteria concept; open, exploratory, and wide-ranging; deserves its own dedicated space with a matching name and URL. I will create a new community, move the cafeteria content there, and continue exactly in that spirit. At the same time, my core work as the Coach’s Coach deserves a focused environment built around coaching, mentoring, clarity, and long-term growth. The existing community returns to its original name, Your Pathway To Growth, where the name, purpose, and URL are already aligned. This is less a pivot and more a refinement; early enough in development to be clean, and informed by what has been learned so far. Thank you for being part of this journey together. I do not know about you, however my life has never moved in a straight, steady line. If yours does; if each step builds neatly on the last; if momentum comes easily and stays that way; you can stop reading right now. This is probably not for you. I am writing for those whose path has been more uneven. For those who know what it feels like to care deeply about what they are building, and still find themselves interrupted by overwhelm, burnout, or quiet self-doubt. Not constantly, of course. Just often enough to slow you down. Just often enough to make you question yourself. I am writing for those who have tried other programs, frameworks, or mindset tools. Some of them may have helped in the moment. Some of them may even have worked briefly. But they did not hold. They required too much force. Too much certainty. Too much performance. My new course, Inner Posture, Outer Progress, is for those who are not broken, unmotivated, or lacking discipline; but simply tired of pushing against themselves in order to move forward. It is not a magic fix. It is a grounded approach to mindset, identity, and sustainable growth. It is for people who: • Have experience, not just ambition • Are building something meaningful, not chasing shortcuts • Want steadiness more than intensity • Are open to reflection, but resistant to hype • Know that growth is possible, but do not believe it needs to hurt This is not a challenge. It does not promise transformation on a timeline. It does not ask you to become someone else. It is a short, grounded course about inner posture; how the stories you live inside shape how you experience the work you care about outside; and how releasing pressure often makes consistency possible again.
