MONDAYS!!
🎉 TGIF - What are your plans for the weekend?
Tomorrow I have a podcast episode to film, I have to upload the last couple podcast episodes to Youtube, and then I have a client call. On Sunday, I have a client call and a new laptop that I ordered is coming and I am so excited. ⭐ Guys, we're doing it! I just purchased a nice work laptop for my husband and i'm spending Sunday setting it up and then i'm going to start showing him the ropes on how to start doing some of my administrative tasks so that he can slowly ease into growing the business with me. 👉 This is the year that he'll be able to quit his job and we can both go full time into our business while raising our family together! 👇 So, i'd love to hear what you're doing this weekend (and bonus points if you're doing something this weekend that helps you build the big picture of your life)

Allowances.
Do you do allowances? If the kids a really good, and they offer to help clean and do tasks without a fight, we might give them a dollar. most of the time its a struggle and a fight. This afternoon, after we got home from church my 5 yr old just started cleaning and emptied the dishwasher, after asking him why? He said,, so he could get paid. SO, do you pay your kids to do their chores or when they do something unexpected?
Anybody use Notion? 💻
My husband and I just started using it and woah! - There's so much you can do! I'll admit, it does take quite a bit of learning and setup in the front end, but once it's set up it's quite easy and fun to use. Anyone else on the Notion train? Or what system softwares do you ladies use to help you stay organized in life and business?

😍 I just got approved for FB content monetization!
Most moms I talk to who are building an online business are doing one of two things when it comes to getting customers... They're either spending money on ads to get leads, or they're posting content and praying something goes viral. 🔥 But here's the thing that most people aren't talking about and honestly, it blew my mind when I really sat down and thought about it... What if the same content you're already creating could actually PAY you — and bring in leads at the same time? Because that's exactly what happens when you hit monetization thresholds on the platforms you're already showing up on. 📺 On YouTube, once you hit 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours, you start earning ad revenue on your videos. That same video that's earning you $1, $5, $20 in ad revenue? It's also the video that introduces someone to your business and turns them into a customer. 📱 On TikTok, once you hit 10,000 followers and 100K views in a 30 day period, you're in the Creator Rewards Program earning $0.40–$1.00+ per 1,000 views. And TikTok Shop affiliate kicks in even earlier — at just 1,000 followers. 👩‍💻 On Facebook and Instagram, Meta's Content Monetization Program starts opening up at 500 followers and fully unlocks at 10,000 — putting ad dollars behind your Reels, your videos, even your text posts. 🌈 Now here's why this matters so much for us as moms running businesses... When you run paid ads, the money only flows ONE direction. Out of your pocket, into the platform's pocket, hoping enough comes back to make it worth it. But when you build an organic audience on these platforms AND hit monetization? The platform starts paying YOU. ⭐ So now your content is doing two jobs at the exact same time. It's generating income from the platform. And it's generating leads and customers for your business. That video you recorded during nap time on a Tuesday? It's earning ad revenue at midnight. It's bringing someone new into your world while you're at school pickup. It's working when you're not.
