A reminder I think a lot of moms need to hear...
You don’t need more motivation. You need fewer decisions. When everything feels heavy, having a plan already laid out can make all the difference. You’re not failing. You’re just tired of guessing.

I checked time because this used to be my “excuse” because of the mom guilt and always feeling like I should be doing something else! But I have made sure to change that, and with my hubby’s help (who does this thing), created and now have a program that is adjustable and tailored to me (or anyone who does it), and 30 minutes or less for us Mommas. Now I tell myself even when I try to make an excuse, I can always make 30 minutes
