A reminder I think a lot of moms need to hear...
You don’t need more motivation. You need fewer decisions. When everything feels heavy, having a plan already laid out can make all the difference. You’re not failing. You’re just tired of guessing.

Love this reminder!! And I am such a list maker! Planning out my day, and love crossing things off!😂
Honest check-in mamas
What’s the hardest part about staying consistent with workouts right now? You’re not the only one feeling it.

I checked time because this used to be my “excuse” because of the mom guilt and always feeling like I should be doing something else! But I have made sure to change that, and with my hubby’s help (who does this thing), created and now have a program that is adjustable and tailored to me (or anyone who does it), and 30 minutes or less for us Mommas. Now I tell myself even when I try to make an excuse, I can always make 30 minutes

@Sisi Hennessy 100%! Yes!!
Sundays aren’t about “resetting your whole life.”
They’re about noticing what actually works for you… and what doesn’t. If workouts have felt hard to stick to lately, it’s not a motivation problem. It’s usually a structure problem. Just planting that seed here today

Day 28: Strength + stability slow and intentional
Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body with this 25-minute beginner Pilates workout. This routine is perfect for anyone wanting gentle, full-body movement that builds strength without strain. No equipment needed just your mat and space to breathe. https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/classroom/3418ead0?md=29b625dae7f84f3e8f4c91c1be602811

DAY 27: Anti-Inflammation Mini-Day
After holiday meals, busy days, and disrupted routines, it’s normal for your body to feel a little inflamed stiff, puffy, tired, or foggy. I created a simple Anti-Inflammation Mini-Day Checklist you can save or print and use today (or anytime your body needs a little extra care). https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/classroom/3418ead0?md=609566c685524f96a7dc993a4f4fdb07
